this one is honestly a gamechanger for sales
Use Case #2: Intent Detection → Personal Sales Right now, because of the season cycle, people naturally reveal what they want next: 🏔️ first ultra 📈 longer distance ⚡ more speed 🧠 more structure 🎯 better race preparation A lot of this intent already sits in comments, posts and conversations. So instead of broad marketing, I can now do this: 🔎 1. Detect intent Find people who already express a concrete goal or problem. 💬 2. Start a personal conversation Not a generic sales pitch. Just understand: - current level - target race - main limitation - current training structure - next goal 🧩 3. Match the right offer Status Quo Analysis, Training Plan, Training Center, Race Briefing, 1:1 Coaching etc. 💰 4. Build a strong individual offer I’m a big fan of Alex Hormozi’s $100M Offers framework: Create so much perceived value and relevance that saying “no” becomes difficult. The important part: A lot of runners don’t even know what they are missing. They’ve never had: - their training history analyzed - proper training zones - a real season structure - individualized load management - a race-specific training setup So sometimes the first sales task is simply: 👉 Make the gap visible. Once they experience what proper structure and analysis can do, the value perception changes very fast. 📊 That also explains why our Customer Lifetime Value is strong: People often enter with modest expectations, experience a clear “aha” moment and then stay. So for me, the framework is: Intent → Conversation → Diagnosis → Individual Offer → Long-Term Client Very personal. Very targeted. Very high relevance. And most importantly: We’re not pushing random products. We’re helping runners understand what is actually possible with better structure, better data and better coaching. That makes this not only a sales use case. It’s also a very strong direct-response and relationship-building system.

Who's using catknows? 🐾
Quick question: do you use catknows? Vote in the poll below, it takes 2 seconds. 🐾 Quick answer for anyone new here: catknows is a free, open-source tool that connects your Skool community to the AI you already use, like Claude or ChatGPT. You ask questions about your members, posts and DMs in plain English, and it answers with your real community data. If you DO use it, I'd love to hear more in the comments 👇 1. What exactly do you use catknows for? Member check-ins, spotting quiet members, content ideas, DMs, something else? 2. What have you built around it? Workflows, automations, prompts, dashboards. Show it off, even if it's messy. Messy is welcome here. Why I'm asking: catknows is built by one person, for you. Your answers decide what gets built next. Not using it yet? Vote anyway and tell me what's holding you back. 😼 Make the invisible visible. People, not pipelines.

@Niklas Schröer there are a lot of easier steps! Let´s build my Ultra Running Community together soon! We can brainstorm first. I already have the knowlegde, a design and some content funnel sh*t to get some asses in there. The launch date is also clear. But first I do my taxes 🫣😅
Trail running + catknows: your ideas? 🏃‍♂️
Big welcome to @Marius Prigge! 🎉 Marius is a long-time friend of mine and a fellow Skool community owner with a trail running community. Today we had a spontaneous call, set up catknows together and just played around with it. 🔍 What we found Marius' first question was simple: "What are the top topics in my community right now?" The answer: races and competitions get the most engagement by far. That's just the start. Natural follow-up questions would be: • Who joins these conversations, and who stays quiet? • Who has real expertise and could share more? • Who might be ready for an upsell, or ready to become a first-time customer? 🌍 Beyond the community Then we zoomed out. If you know what your members actually care about, that knowledge works everywhere else in your business too: • Your newsletter: write about what people are already talking about • Freebies and lead magnets: build them around proven topics • Social media content: post what you know resonates • Paid ads: target and write copy based on real data, not gut feeling • Your ICP: who is actually your customer inside the community? catknows answers these questions, and everything you do afterwards stands on facts instead of guesses. Hopefully Marius will share his own experience here soon. 👀 💬 Now it's your turn: If you were a trail running coach with a Skool community, how would you use catknows? Drop your ideas in the comments, for Marius and for everyone running a sports or coaching community. 👇
