Update: I did have lab work done & everything looked fine. while this felt VERY similar to panic attacks, since adjusting my diet(I think my calorie deficit was too low & not enough carbs) I have seen great improvement. This feeling has went from daily to maybe once a week. Hopefully it was just my body being under fuled! However, I will still be started selank soon as I do suffer from anxiety, especially "health anxiety" that peaks when taking almost anything, so starting peptides has been exciting but yet nerve-racking for me at the same time!
