Fear
How do you get over a fear you have no idea why your afraid of? I've always been afraid of deep water as early as I can remember. Even in a swimming pool if I go near the deep end I get wicked anxiety yet no idea why.

@Cary Schram Does not sound strange at all! It'd just be nice to understand why I have that specific fear. Absolutely nothing I can think of that happened to me or witnessing.

@Devon Haggberg I never thought of the fact my feet can't touch the bottom. I can't explain it, it's like an intense feeling of pure fear even if I look at water.

Monday Reflection and the now
Lately, I have been so focused on being in the present and the now. Before, I would only be focused on how can I get to where I want to be and how can I do it with speed. This gives way to stress, poor quality, overthinking and not enjoying the moment. This made me miss the true blessing of the opportunity and the journey. So, now I am taking it one moment and one event at a time for the rest of the day. Can you relate? Has this ever happened to you?
