Punching strength
hi, I’ve been doing all sort of things to try and get my power up. Can someone explain me how to do that?

Workout an put all of your power into punches. Use your back and your shoulders and twist your leg when you throw one.

So yesterday I joined because this girl and her friends wanted to jump me. But somebody not me though snitched so we can't fight. But I did 4 years of karate and 2 of jujitsu. But I sort of lost my technique so I need to get that back. And my name is Marin!
