The higher up you find yourself - the easier it is to get into the zone and the easier it is to heal. If you're low on the chart - healing is harder - you won’t hit flow as easily and you may feel challenges and opportunities come more slowly. Use breathwork, mediations and/or the techniques in the vault (in the classroom) to raise your frequency.
