The best part of AI? It gives you space to be human again
Two years ago, I taught my first masterclass on AI. Back then, it felt like we were building empires out of prompts. Then life shifted. My father-in-law passed. I found out I was expecting. And I disappeared into a season of full-on humanity — grief, growth, and connection — far away from screens and systems. Seven months into motherhood, I came back online. AI had changed. But one thing hadn’t: the way people were prompting it. We still ask shallow questions, hoping for deep results. But the truth is — AI only reflects the quality of your consciousness. So instead of asking, “What can AI do for me?” I began asking the Five W’s: Who do I need on my team? What’s slowing me down? Where am I leaking energy? When am I most creative? Why does this matter to me right now? and of course I’ve created specific projects with intentional prompts for when I need spiritual reflection, mom conversations, my billionaire big brother Those questions rebuilt my business in a single focused day and these projects gave me mentors in my phone — during nap and feeding windows — because clarity fuels speed. AI can replicate output. But it can’t replicate insight. That’s still our superpower. ✨ Implementation begins with intention. What are your intentions? And what are some of the questions you’re asking? Best questions:prompts wins
