1% Better
Not 10x better, an overnight success, or a complete reinvention of your business. Just 1% better. In Atomic Habits, James Clear talks about how small improvements compound over time. A tiny improvement today may not feel significant, but repeated consistently, it creates remarkable results. The same is true in business. One conversation, follow-up, LinkedIn post, sales call, new relationship, lesson learned, or fear faced consistently over time is all it takes to start to see major progress in your business. Most entrepreneurs don't fail because they aren't talented. They fail because they give up. They quit because they underestimate the power of small, consistent actions. The women who build thriving businesses aren't always the smartest or the most connected. They're often the ones willing to keep showing up when results aren't immediately visible. PurposeFlow™ teaches that healthy growth is rarely explosive. It's usually the result of steady alignment, faithful action, and consistent stewardship. So here's my question: What is ONE thing you can do today to become 1% better in your business? Drop it below. Then go do it. A year from now, you'll be glad you started.

Proof of Concept Builds Confidence
When I created the PurposeFlow™ framework, I became my first client. I wanted to see if it worked. I tested it, refined it, tweaked it, and lived it. But something shifted when a client actually purchased the program and we began implementing it together. That’s when the confidence deepened. Because proof isn’t always a huge case study or dozens of testimonials. Sometimes your first proof is: ✅ Your own transformation ✅ Helping one person for free ✅ Seeing a client experience a breakthrough ✅ Hearing someone say, “This changed the way I think.” Every one of those moments builds certainty. And certainty changes how you show up. You talk about your offer differently. You market differently. You sell differently. You serve differently. Here’s the thing: Even if you haven’t mastered everything, you’re likely much further down the path than the people you’re called to serve. I provide value because I’ve walked roads my clients are just beginning to travel. I have the experience, lessons, mistakes, and insights to guide them. What keeps many of us stuck is not lack of expertise. It’s comparison. It’s perfectionism. It’s looking at someone else’s chapter twenty and feeling behind in your chapter two. If you’re just starting, start with yourself. Build. Refine. Serve. Trust the process. One day, people may call you an “overnight success.” But you’ll know the truth. You’ll know it was built one act of service, one lesson, one client, and one proof point at a time. In the comments, share one testimonial, breakthrough, or moment that reminded you: “I really can help people.”

Love helping others and the first proof is seeing their light bulb light up. 😊
THE HUSTLE AUDIT
What is ONE task, strategy, or commitment in your business or life that is creating overwhelm or "hustle anxiety" right now? 1️⃣ Share your answer below. 2️⃣ Drop a GIF in the comments that represents the overwhelm and write a comment indicating your commitment to pause, simplify, and release the pressure. 3️⃣ Read another post, comment, and ask ONE encouraging question or leave a supportive reply. 💜 Remember: We build community and engagement by checking in on each other. And most of all, remember, you don't have to do everything to make progress. Take the next aligned step and then the next step and so on.
THE HUSTLE AUDIT
Multitasking. I am realizing this skill decreases with increase aging. Prioritizing task works like a gem releasing pressure.
@Andrea Richards Scott thank you.
