This little cutie, holding her baby sister, celebrates her birthday TODAY! 🥳 What could be a better gift than this precious bundle of joy? Her mama, who wishes to remain anonymous, has allowed me to share this extraordinary story with our community and I couldn’t be more excited! This incredible mother turned 45 in November, carrying with her a history of stage 4 endometriosis so severe that it required surgical excision. The surgery involved a bowel resection and the removal of both fallopian tubes. After multiple failed IVF cycles, she came to me feeling like this was a life or death moment. She had lost faith, lost belief, and was holding onto a thread of hope. When she came to me for her first baby girl, I knew we were in for one of the most challenging cases I’d ever faced. I supported her IVF cycle with a tailored TCM protocol, and when her little miracle arrived, it felt like we had defied every odd in the book. Her first baby girl was born after intense dedication. Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with warmth and happiness. As a special treat, I want to share a beautiful poem by one of my favourite poets Mary Oliver: The Gift Be still, my soul, and steadfast. Earth and heaven both are still watching though time is draining from the clock and your walk, that was confident and quick, has become slow. So, be slow if you must, but let the heart still play its true part. Love still as once you loved, deeply and without patience. Let God and the world know you are grateful. That the gift has been given. Gratitude is a theme threaded through virtually all of Oliver’s work.
