This and last night I was having difficulties to sleep. I had a sense of a certain smell I still can’t explain and an enormous neckpain. So this night I put on my earphones at 2.30 a.m. To see what could help me get to sleep. I put on the selflove journey and found a very big resistance inside. I noticed I didn’t want to go in. I just listened to Brian and accepted my resistance for what it was and got in as if it was a meditation. My neck relaxed a bit and my headache as a result of it got less. I relaxed and after the screams (which I did silent) I did go through the second part of the journey…. Realising I have a lot of work to do in this part. - It made me realise I need to talk with my eldest son about what happened and what I did when he was young in order to forgive myself. - It made me realise how lonely I have been and still are in all the pain and losses I experienced. - It made me realise how different I am from the rest of my family and how I tried to fullfll the whishes and meet the picture they had.. - It made me realise I need to go to Bali someday to do a retreat in person/live to go deeper and hit rockbottom in a safe and loving environment. I am writing this at 3.45 am with tears in my eyes… I need to do some cleaning up inside…. But am a little afraid of what will happen. Maybe the smell (I am very sensitive on smells) is a sign too. Thanks again @Brian Kelly for this eyeopener. 🙏🌹🍀

Just curious - really being vulnerable here as I do not feel or look my age. Just wondering how many breath warriors are chronologically past the age of 50 and doing this amazing work? I am 63. The picture on my profile is from last year. I follow Dr. David Sinclair's (longevity dr) - WE SHOULD be celebrating our internal, metabolic age. On my radar to find out my metabolic age!

Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together. Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

Oceans (where feet may fail) - Hillsong united Taya
I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂

Hi there all. Brian and I are soon to be hosting the Bali Breath Masters In-person 7-day all inclusive training. I am sure some of you have seen the offer available here. If not, check out Brian's post about it https://www.skool.com/breathworkrevolution/breath-coach-certification-giveaway?p=5c6d192e&cs=old But, further to that, once we are finished with the training in mid-July, we will embark on a full library creation of 9D Breathwork journeys, and would love to engage you all in that process. So I have a question for each of you, and would love your valuable input on this If you could choose 3 issues in your life that you could resolve with a Breathwork Journey, what would those be? Please either post here (as that would likely help others answer that question), or if you prefer, DM me personally with the answers, and I will commit to full confidentiality and not divulge your responses I thank you all in advance, and will let you all know the top 3 most common responses to this question Have a great day everyone xx

Dealing with the loss of a loved one (my partner in 3 days): suddenly and the totally feeling lost and incompetent afterwards. I was off my feet for over 10 years. If I had known breathwork then I would have found myself so much sooner. Dealing with low selfesteem. Finding my purpose and spul mission
So my health insurance lapsed today with no warning. I went to order myprescription and when it rung up as $400, I nearly (almost but not quite) lost my mind. My ears started to ring loudly and I took a moment to breathe and collect myself. I remained totally calm which was definitely new. It was just anxiety trying to take over and put me into fight or flight mode. I'm sure I will get the problem fixed but in the meantime I just said to myself that this is why we have credit cards.... emergencies! I can pay it off or leave even submit the claim after I'm reinstated. I am so happy to take the anxiety attack out of the equation just by simply, breathing.

@Jessica Jordan your place sounds amazing! I’m from the netherlands. It’s hard to find an affordable and quiet place here. I’m already saying for years now “put me in a house in the middle of nowhere”.
I'm definitely old school when it comes to a lot of interactions with other humans. I am new to using things like zoom (when I moved I did not want to lose some of my doctors, coaches, etc so I had to get with the times). I was always a face to face kind of person. Plus Covid made me have to learn to get on camera and get out of my comfort zone. Honestly, before covid, I did not even shop online. Haha. I had never used Amazon or things like DoorDash. I know human interaction is healthy, in person. I do worry that if I start getting remote clients that I will become more secluded because I'm already an introvert so staying home is comfy for me and it is a very easy routine for me to get into. I know a lot of coaches use remote options as part of their business and I want to have options for clients. How do we balance? What are the pros and cons? I would love to hear others thoughts to see if they are in line with mine or ones that will make me see new perspectives.

I have been able to facilitate some powerful sessions lately. One was on Thursday with a small group on Zoom. One participant was wearing a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) due to having type II diabetes, and was amazed to take note of her glucose go down by 14 POINTS and remain stable for the rest of the session (I followed up with her 4 hours later, and it had remained level 😱) The other victory was this morning which was my 5th session with a lady in Finland who has had chronic asthma most of her life. I gave her homework to do during each week, but have only done the parasympathetic Journeys in the past. This morning we decided to do the do the 5 Primary Trauma Imprints. I made sure to go over the gas and brake pedals. She breathed like a total champ. . .only coughing quietly a couple of times, then doing 45 minutes of reintegration. "I didn't even realize I needed therapy"

Great job! Well done
Well another amazing experience 🙏. My body was sweating again: tears of the body as Brian said. Am totally relaxed and focussed. Next week I’m in Italy and want to do more journeys that week. Also will be experimenting on my routines. Want to change rhem. I find it difficult to set the right intentions. There are always 2-3 for letting go and a lot more for wanting to be. I can’t vhoose because they’re all equally important and also all connected. Any tips? Am now journalling and even the cat is relaxed now. 🥰

Hey everyone, I have a deep level of respect for coaches who are able to also put themselves out there as someone who others can trust DURING this intimate process! I also have some questions. The first is, with this type of special work, isn't it natural for many moments to come up during the process of coaching clients, where people begin to develop a trust in you that can go into romantic intimacy? How do coaches deal with that? The second question is, as coaches and facilitators, how did you develop the courage to put yourself out there as someone who could actually be the one to shoulder that type of responsibility, to help guide people thru these highly personal moments? It takes a special coach to be able to create the secure space for people to open themselves fully exposed to a deep healing with someone else being there? One one hand, I see how important this work is for many of us breathers, and that the utmost privacy and security is saught out ( no interruptions, locked doors) for when we go through journeys.... and that got me thinking about the courage a coach would have to facilitate the process of another. Highly intimate stuff and it requires alot of trust it would seem. I'd be happy to hear perspectives from both male and female facilitators on these curiosities I have. Much respect. I think for me when it comes down to it, it would be about resolving the "I AM good enough, and strong enough" to shoulder this type of responsibility. It's something that I personally value having just in general, to be able to hold space like that for a partner in my life, for my future family, or a friend going through a tough time, or even for myself going through life. thank you

@Eloy B asking these questions shows that you’re already halfway. The first: it’s always possible. It’s good to put it on the table in a conversation to clarify the rolls. If necessary however you might need to stop guiding them, especially live. Because romance could cloud the result. On the second question I can understand also. Trust on your skills and intentions. When you are on this path it means you are a sensitive person with compassion. That’s important for the client. So keep tuning in on your client. You will get there and follow your intuition.

I would love to be there, but I work untill 14.15 and need to get home before you start. So maybe next time? will it be recorded? Then I can do it later.
There has been a bit of discussion Relating to resistance for longer breath Journeys and I figured it would be good to press into that a little more to see if we can gain some insight. I've got my own hypotheses (some of which conflict with others)... but I am curious on other people's insight/thoughts this phenomenon (or if you even experience this resistance at all)

I am only struggeling to integrate and do the longer journeys. The daily short breathwork are easy to integrate (at least in the morning and ar night. During the day is a different story 🙈.
Hello beautiful people 🌹 How often or soon can I do the Journeys. Do I have to wait for a week or can I just follow my feeling and intuition? What’s recommended? 🙏

Hey, what has been your favorite breath, experience or session, or lesson? One of mine is not some dramatic purge or situation, it happened well just, driving, simply doing some coherent breathing looking around and this over whelm sense of gratitude came over me, I was driving across the USA, and it was just so cool and simple and affirming how incredible life actually is no matter what is happening, the fact we are alive and get to do it!!

Can’t choose. Every journey opens a new window and is taking on another challenge. So…. 🤗
I am going on a silence quest 18th of may and just wanted to share my post from Facebook with my breath family. Never forget your sweet body ❤️ Sweet, beautiful body 🙏🏻❤️ There I was again today. In the sun in the doorway of my beautiful house. Tie the next round of prayer bags. Today was about my body. That beautiful body that I get to live in. The body that I have filled up with drugs, booze, cigarettes, medicines and unhealthy food for years. The body I took for granted for years and cared nothing about. I thought it was ugly, fat, too skinny, too red, not sexy, not feminine, too fat and so many other things. The body that has been abused, not rested, broken, damaged, burned and often not taken care of. The body that had to go on, whatever happened, gas, go and on. Today all bags went full of confidence in this beautiful body. Love for my beautiful body. Despite the fear of pain, hunger, fatigue, restlessness, insomnia, tension and all the other things that go through my mind on the way to the Silence Quest. Thank you dear body for your strength, your health, your softness and carrying me all this life. Thank you for all the feelings, emotions and experiences! Vulnerable but oh so strong! And even if it doesn't always work out, I'm doing everything I can to take good care of you these days ❤️🙏🏻❤️ https://open.spotify.com/track/1QQUZeG6qa90sPHIAuHbgj?si=bProp5fpTCqtspjXC-lK0Q
