Hey everyone 👋 I’m Mariel, founder of Forged Youth | Legacy Within, a podcast and platform focused on mental performance, resilience, and identity development for youth athletes, parents, and coaches. The podcast shares real conversations around mindset, pressure, confidence, anxiety, and the human side of performance, on the field, in school, and in life. My work is rooted in lived experience as a former elite athlete, coach, and long-time mental health advocate, and I’m deeply passionate about giving young people tools earlier than most of us ever received. I’m excited to be here to learn more about the tricks of the trade, especially around podcast growth, monetization, and creating sustainable impact, while also adding value wherever I can and supporting others on their journeys.
