Welcome to March
First, I know I was pretty quiet this February. I aim to change that for March. I want this to be a place where we can share ideas, support each other, and bounce around questions about how to become our most powerful, ease-filled, grace-filled selves. That said, please don't be shy about putting up your own posts! ✍️ March isa gorgeous month (and a 🍀 lucky one here in the US). Birds start nesting, snow starts thawing, and flowers poke their green stems up from the ground and drink in the sunshine. For us, it means a month of returning from a place of retraction or dormancy to plotting our focus for the rest of the year. We sow the seeds for the autumn harvest. 🌱 What are you sowing seeds for this year? Personally, I'm pivoting into two new directions. And I know they're good directions because I've been gestating on them for months now. You know how it is when you finally land on something? That relieved setting down feeling? I've got that. It's just a question of priority now. In my next post, I'll be sharing some of my ideas with you. I would love your feedback. 💕OK, lots of love and Flow. I wish you very happy spring!

Thank you for the blog on trying new things. I know you used a different name. I just want to admit to you that I totally suck at trying new things. I am a person who can totally kill listening to one thing and then when it's done I switch to the next things instead of alternating between different thingies. I am always so grateful for newsletters that have suggestions for music, books, films, recipes, place to visite I wouldn't normally consider. I was wondering if it would be possible to add a post here with ideas and peeps can add to that? Curious to learnabout the new things you're exploring! Sounds exciting.
Advent Flowdreaming
Hi everyone! I would love to pick up flowdreaming regularly again. Advent flowdreaming would definitely give it a boost! I am going to start on the first day of December and flow for 24 days. If there is anyone who would like to join me in an informal Advent flowdreaming experience? Just pick a flowdream for the day and flow. Or write the names on cards and randomly pick one or choose a playlist or whatever is fun for you.

Let's not be boring
Question: What are you dealing with right now, this last month of the year? How are you showing up in it? What are you afraid of? And, how can we help? *Note this is not to unleash a "woe-is-me" storm, but for anyone really digging in to what HAS to change/grow/evolve/heal/disrupt/erupt and how you are both energetically and action-wise taking it on.* You have 169 manifesting minds here to lean into. We're going to have good stuff.

@Summer McStravick thank you for sharing. For me it's not resentful but more the pressure of I should be doing this, I should be doing chores, groceries, I should be busy with etc etc. I find I just can't push through right now and body really requires rest. Thanks for the tips about resting and food.

Hi Summer & everyone. My favourite flowdream is probably the "Remove obstacles and resolve irresolvable situations". First of all I love it because it works! Very grateful for this easytool that shifted and changed so much for me and still does. Second I discovered through this flowdream thst flowdreaming really works. That makes this one extra special for me. Third this one was part of the Flowdreaming club if I remember correctly. I really enjoyed the club.

Thank you Summer. I am probably going to use it for Christmas to relax away from other people's stress and be comfortable with my awareness of it.
