What’s one task you keep putting off lately?
Quick question… ❓What’s something you keep saying --> “I have to do this”… but keep putting off? It can be for work, business, family, or life in general. And if you know...how much time do you THINK it'll take to do? (it doesn't have to be the actual time since we're timeblind 😄)

✉️EMAILS: Systems and Boundaries Quick Tip
Hi Thriving friends! I just dropped a quick video (sweaty post-walk vibes included 😂) because I had to share this: 📩 It’s an out-of-the-box tip that changed how I manage email overwhelm by pairing systems with boundaries. (They’re like married people—one doesn’t work without the other!) Key Takeaways on how I: ✅ Train people to respect my time ✅ Reinforce my ADHD-friendly work style ✅ Spread positivity and compassion (yes, even through email!) 🎥 Watch the 16-minute video at 1.5x speed (that's what I do to replays! 😄) Here's the Message Template that you can swipe and personalize. 👇 Let me know in the comments: Have you ever set up an out-of-office message that reflects your ADHD life, boundaries, or values?

I also schedule my emails if sent outside of day time hours for the recipient. Also I use a filter on my phone to not receive any notifications after 9pm - that goes for everything on my phone, and it switches to grey colors, too. I used to be very easy to get in touch with, but fortunately I have set boundaries around that, too. If I'm saying yes to others (when my energy is low) then I'm actually saying no to myself and I really try to be aware of this. I like the idea of letting people know that you're in hyperfocus/deep work/occupied for a longer period of time and that you'll get back to them. My initial thought is that I would have clarity and know the next steps (also that I don't have to take action on my end and that you've received my email...)

My youngest turned 6 today! 🥳🥳
Justin turned 6 today! 💞 If you’ve been on a video call with me, he likely made a special guest appearance. 😄 The first thing my boys did this morning for Justin’s 6th birthday was cuddle on our sofa bed. 🥰 Eight years apart, they are so close at heart. 💞 I’m so grateful for these boys’ love for each other.

😣 Who else is feeling tired this week?
I don’t just mean physically tired. (Although yes, that too. Ha!) I’m talking about that other kind of tired. The kind that hits deep in your bones… Where your brain won’t shut off, your body feels heavy, and your soul just feels worn down. One of our members recently said something that hit me hard: “My soul feels tired.” And… I felt that. Because the roller coaster of ADHD isn’t just exhausting for our brains. It wears on our hearts. Our nervous systems. Our hormones. Our entire being. We pour so much effort, emotion, and intention into everything we do—parenting, business, life—and then we hit those weeks where even trying feels like too much. Sometimes it feels like burnout. But sometimes it’s something else. For me, it’s depression. It’s my comorbidity with ADHD. And I’ve learned it’s not something I’ll “get over”—it’s something I manage, like a shadow that follows me through the seasons of life. There was a time I wanted language to capture what it felt like. To describe the fog, the ache, the quiet pull downward. So I wrote a blog post—a true story from my own life. I shared it with our member who courageously opened up and asked for support. And now, I want to share it with you too, in case you need it today. 👉 I'm Depressed: A True Story About Depression and ADHD You’re not the only one navigating the weight no one else can see. I see you. I’m with you. 💛 Let me know in the comments if this resonates with you—or if your soul feels tired too this week. We’re in this together. Gently, compassionately, one breath at a time.

@Katherine Lizardo it was and will all be very helpful going forward 🌸🙏 Today I have claimed that treatment guarantee today and waiting to hear back now. Doesn't matter that I have to drive for 2,5 hours to get to my appointment. I'm not thriving with these shifts - and neither is my family 🌸 Final straw was actually my physician refusing to provide the needed prescription for my meds. And he hasn't really been helpful through the latest pmdd phase. So happy that I've done something to make a change 🌸🙏🤍
