What have you practiced today?
Knowledge without practice = information. Knowledge + practice = transformation. There is tremendous power in that small difference. Have you tried the Orange/Golden Flash yet? More importantly… did you practice it again today? Knowing what to do is one thing. Turning it into a daily routine is something completely different. And that's where real change begins. So I'm taking the next step with the Super-Vision Movement. Starting this Sunday, I'm going LIVE every Sunday. We'll meet together, practice a short Super-Vision routine, work on our eyes and bodies, and most importantly, actually practice instead of just talking about practice. Short. Simple. Consistent. My goal is that you leave each Sunday feeling better than when you arrived, and with something you can continue practicing during the week. Who's in? 🙋 I'm adding our first session to the calendar now.

Contacts and glasses
Hi. I would like to know how do I regulate my prescription now. I have a pair of glasses with slightly lower prescription and one with a bit less but my contacts what I wear every day are higher so I ( as myopic) don't see form close to read very well with those anymore. They gave me an extra pair with positive prescription to compensate. I would love to talk to a doctor that actually listent to me and my will to improve so I can regulate the prescription accordantly. Any suggestions? I am in Uruguay now 😬. Thanks

@Yaron Mayer yes I know and I purchase the blueprint and also his book. The thing is my prescription now is over -15. Plus some astigmatism correction so is very hard to be without glasses. I try when I am home but sometimes I go to work early and come back late. And the think is the more I am without glasses the less comfortable I am with full prescription what makes sense so I need kinda of intermediate solutions 😬 and the worst is that in the last year's I devvelo prescibica from close if I am on full prescription which is annoying because as myopic I am used to see super good from close. Maybe I should be using glasses more because they are easier to remove and less contacts...I am overcoming my "trauma " on wearing thick glasses but I would like to look better and when you have very high prescription is hard.. maybe it sounds silly but as a kid I beg for contacts so much because I hated the thick glasses.

Hi. Iban fron Uruguay! Il discivered il starred ti have AMD after doing an OCT a few years ago. I am 45 but my miopía is very very high so doctors says "is normal" for my level of miopía 😬. I started using red and infrared light a few minutes a day in the morning for like over a year now but I feel the sun is the best. I am starting with the excercise now more consistently. I spend a lot of time on computer and I work in a lab lit with terrible led lights. I wear yellow blublockers inside ( not sure what people think about that here but it relaxes my eyes) and I got and incandescent bulb next to my desk because I don't get natural light to compensate but I should be making more brakes and going outside...sometumes is hard when I teach for 4 hours in a row.
The One Thing To Start The Change
The "One Thing" is a book by Gary Keller, that discusses how to get extraordinary results. What's the ONE Thing for vision improvement? Probably the One thing that Meir Schneider started, that began this whole movement. The Orange Flash routine. I'm including an Instructional video I created you can look at. Once you try it, get the whole guide in the Super Vision Blueprint.

Most people think better vision comes from stronger glasses, contact lenses, or surgery.
But what if your eyes aren't the real problem? Your vision is connected to your entire body. Your posture, breathing, movement, balance, and even your nervous system all influence how well you see. When your body is tense, your head is pushed forward, or you're living under constant stress, your eyes have to work much harder. Over time, that can lead to eye strain, headaches, blurred vision, and fatigue. The good news? Your body can learn new habits. As Meir says “function effects structure” That's exactly what the Super Vision Journey is all about. Over 3 months, we'll practice together every week, helping you improve not only your vision, but also your posture, movement, breathing, and overall well-being. You'll build simple daily habits, receive live coaching, and join a community of people committed to seeing, and feeling, better. This isn't just another course. It's a transformation. See Better. Move Better. Live Better. The Super Vision Journey starts August 23rd. Join us

@Yaron Mayer should I start now with the Blueprint for 97 USD? Is it available ? I haven't bought anything yet because I want to know what's better. Also is there a way to pay the journey in 2 or 3 payments or just all at once? Thanks
