Here is an e-mail message he sent out today, it had my name, Please read it like he sent it to you: "I want to take a moment and tell you something you might not hear often enough: You’re capable of far more than you realize. Most people underestimate themselves. They overestimate the obstacles. They wait for the perfect time. They wait to feel “ready.” They think someone else has something they don’t.
