Happy NYE! I’m trying to get more prepared as a business next year and have a basic question anyone here can answer. I have two properties in my personal name and I’ve been told to put each in its own LLC. I’ve also read mixed reviews about series LLCs for real estate. Any advice on where/who can set these up? Hi all, I’m new to the creative financing space so this may be basic. There is a bungalow 2 blocks from my duplex that is in foreclosure. It has been sitting for a while and I was wondering can I negotiate if the bank has possession of it? It’s a good chance they’re losing money with the foreclosure, would they take lower offers?
