Hi @Michael Delgaty ! Which breeds are your cats? I can see a tuxedo but I'm curious, do you have any Siamese cat? Siamese cats are generally very talkative. Mine is all the time talking to me. I think we've invented some catwords!🤣🙈 I know what you mean, I first check the essentials, food, water and litter. But as Feline Peeps says, there's much more than that. My cats love to follow me everywhere around the house, most of the time because they are seeking more attention, sometimes they bored and they want to play or just simply drinking water from the sink, but always ensure that you pay attention to unusual behaviors that can be a sign of health issues. For instance, my Persian cat is very quiet most of the time, so when she calls me in an unusual way I know there's something wrong, so I'd say it's a matter of paying attention to changes, not the exact amount of talk. It depends on the cat. 😉
