Mind and vision
I want to share something that I find interesting. When I am just the body my vision, that is a bit blurry in some areas of the seeing, becomes totally clear. When mind gets in, the vision blurrs up again. I have done it frequently and it is the same experience every time.

Reminder: ⭐ / review books you benefit from
Hello everyone! I've just noticed that Ending Unnecessary Suffering only had 3 reviews at Goodreads, which makes it harder for people to find and pick. Since it was transformational for me, I put in the effort and wrote a review myself, to motivate potential readers. What a helpful session, both from Ethan and you who commented. Replacing a negative belief with a positive, seeing that is also a belief and drop that too 👌 And how to go about those existential, deep seated beliefs - I easily get lost in there, so holding it with "Is something more true than this?", just that, is very helpful. No explanations, figuring out, conclusions or answers. Thank you for sharing!
