One Small Health & Wellness Tweak
Happy Monday! 😍 It's the start of a new week, which means it's a great time to think about one small way we can start changing our health for the better this week.💃🚶‍♀️ So what is one small change, or tweak, that you could incorporate into your life this week that would help elevate you towards your ultimate health and wellness goal? This can be anything from: - adding in some extra spices when you cook - adding in an extra vegetable each day to one or more meals - walking a few extra steps each day - going to bed 15 minutes earlier - turning off your devices sooner before bed - drinking more water - going outside for 15 minutes in the morning For me, I'm going to work on incorporating more strength training each day. The plan is to add in 10 to 15 minutes. 💪 So.... What's your goal?! 🤔🥳

@Shanah Bell I am in Michigan and they are calling for snow this weekend, but it is also supposed to be 60 tomorrow. I am finishing up all my last minute outdoor stuff today and tomorrow.

I'm not really sure yet. I think indoor walking or yoga. My friend got a membership and a pretty cool gym and invited me to tag along.

Hi, I am Maria from Michigan. I am a Certified Trauma-Informed life coach and a Certified Root Cause Therapy Practitioner. I help people to heal their trauma and holistic health is very important in this endeavor. I am taking a naturopathic practitioner certification course. My aunt was a Naturopathic Physician and inspired me by helping me get healthy years ago. I want to continue down the path of health. I am excited to learn and connect with like minded people.

For the Holistic Health Warriors and CURIOUS🤓 who want to take back their health, their life and their....light to the world! If you're someone who has tried ALL the things and still can't seem to make any headway with your overall health, this is the place for you. As someone who got diagnosed with Celiac Disease at a young age (back in the 1980's!) health, nutrition and wellness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. One of the major things I've learned along my journey is that most traditional medical systems don't put much stock in nutrition or how it can affect your overall health. That's just never made sense to me as a logical, intelligent being. How on Earth could what you put in your mouth not have a direct impact on the overall health of your body? Time and time again, since I was young, I've run across people starting to wake up asking this same question. But, if you go and speak to your doctor (or any myriad of them trained in the Western, Allopathic medical system), they will almost undoubtedly tell you that nutrition has nothing to do with whatever health condition you may be experiencing. I'm calling bull🐮 on that nonsense! So this group is for those of us who realize that what we put into our mouths (or don't, in a lot of cases) directly impacts our: 💥Health 💥Wellness 💥Quality of life 💥Sleep 💥Stress 💥Relationships 💥Energy 💥Ability to move 💥Ability to get the maximum amount of joy out of life If you are someone who either has a health condition (or multiple) or has symptoms that something is wrong, but everyone is telling you that nothing is wrong with you, then this is the place for you. This is for the people who are simply SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED! 🤢 We not only want to take our health back, but we have a basic human right to do so. Because if you lose your health, you have nothing. For those that want our autonomy (Ownership of taking control or our own health instead of being "fixed" by someone) back regarding our health and are ready to do the work, we are here for you.
