do I need chat GPT plus or any other subscription for the 30 day course?

My question is about privacy. In the yesterday's example of giving AI my medical data to analyze. How do I know who gets access to is? To share my financial details, my innermost thoughts with no clarity of who has access to this is a seriously limiting factor for me.
