Overrated AI Tools
Which AI tool do you think is overrated right now?
Overrated AI Tools

@Shaira A. This is a really fair take. A flashy AI tool with a broken workflow behind it just creates faster chaos. The most disappointing ones for me are tools that demo well but need so much setup, babysitting, or cleanup that the time savings disappear.
Quick Question
What do you use AI for every single day?

Great question. For me, it is daily idea generation, first drafts, research, organizing messy thoughts, and turning rough plans into actual workflows faster. The biggest win is not that AI does the work for me; it is that it removes the slow start and helps me make decisions quicker.
What AI workflow feels “normal” to you now that would’ve sounded crazy 2 years ago? 🤯
A lot has changed very quickly. Things that once looked futuristic now feel completely normal: --- AI writing content --- AI creating videos --- AI automating tasks --- AI summarizing meetings --- AI agents handling workflows If you're trying to understand how people are adapting AI into real daily systems and workflows, this is a great direction to explore:👉 https://tryaiprofitboardroom.com Curious to hear from everyone here: What’s one AI workflow or habit you use today that would’ve sounded impossible or unrealistic just a couple years ago? Would be interesting to see how differently everyone is using AI 👇

@Julian Goldie I agree with this. The biggest opportunity is not just using better AI tools. It is building systems where AI actually removes bottlenecks across the business. Most people tool hop. The smarter move is creating repeatable workflows that save time every single week.

@Erlyn Dl It really is wild how fast the shift happened. What felt experimental not long ago is now just part of the normal workday for a lot of people. For me, the biggest change is using AI to turn rough ideas into structured plans or first drafts fast. That removes a huge amount of friction.
How AI is Changing Shopify Dropshipping
When I started Shopify dropshipping, finding winning products, creating ads, and optimizing my store felt stressful and time-consuming. A lot of it was trial and error. Since I started using AI, things have become much easier. AI helps with product research, ad copy, product descriptions, creatives, and store optimization saving time and helping me make smarter decisions faster. For me, AI doesn’t replace the work, it improves the strategy and makes scaling easier. Curious to know how is everyone else using AI in their dropshipping business, and what AI tools have helped you the most?

@Julian Goldie Exactly. AI gives speed, not magic. The biggest advantages are usually faster testing, better product research, quicker creative iterations, and less time wasted on guesswork. The people who do well still understand offers, marketing, and decision-making. AI helps them move faster.

@Mark Balbastro Good point, Mark. AI has definitely lowered the friction in dropshipping, especially around testing ideas faster and getting first versions done without so much manual effort. The key is exactly what you said. It supports better execution. It does not replace understanding the fundamentals.

@Mark Balbastro Good feedback, Mark. Clarity usually filters better than hype. The more specific the role, expectations, and outcomes are, the easier it is for the right people to raise their hand and the wrong people to self filter out. Vague offers create hesitation because people have to fill in the gaps themselves.

@Julian Goldie Good question. The faster people understand the opportunity, the better the quality of conversations you get. If the role, expectations, or upside feel unclear, strong people usually just move on instead of asking for details.
