Can someone please help me and walk me through the kraken offer and stuff

So before I can do any offers like the kraken or any of them I have to complete the scrambly offer through y'all? I mean I already have scrambly,so if that's true then this site is not useful for me which would suck cuz I was starting to think this site was pretty cool so far ..
