Neckband worries
I am still working Clue 2 but I tried it on and my neck opening looks huge! I am knitting the cardigan size 1 and guage was ok, so does the neckband ribbing bring it in a lot or should I pick up fewer stitches? I'd welcome any advice! Thanks x

@Fabienne Pottier Thank you, I'm going to start the neckband first, that's a good idea I think
Clue 3 down
Finally finished the neck border. What a neat and tidy technique. Think I will be using this again in the future.

Increase round clue 1 Help!
I am a bit behind, since I just started knitting Clue 1, but I am really struggling getting my numbers right. I hope someone will be able to help me out. I am knitting size 3, pullover. - I just finished the first colour work chart, and the 1 round Cc. I have 156 stitches as per pattern. - I cut Cc and Ca as per instruction, but here the struggle starts. Right below ‘Size 9 only’ there is an increase round. It mentions Cc, but I already cut Cc and joined Cb so I assume I should use Cb in my case? - Or should I continue with “All sizes”? Then it starts with ‘last increase round’, but I didn’t have any increase round before. And I should somehow end up with 182 stitches, but that last increase round is only +1 stitch. So where can I find my increase round? - If I do the increase round as mentioned under ‘size 9 only’ I have 4 stitches left at the end of the row, and I have 178 stitches. Next round is 1 stitch increase so 179, and not the required 182. What am I not seeing? Where do I go wrong?

Hello, if you are knitting size 3 then after completing the colour work section you should cut cA and knit one full round with cC, as you have done. Then you cut cC and join cB You then go to the pattern where it says "All sizes", and for size 3 you will K1, (M1, K6) and repeat (M1, K6) until you are at BOR. This is your last increase round in Clue 1 and you should have 182 stitches when you finish the round. You then continue in cB to do the short rows. I hope that makes sense and helps! 😊
Clue 1 done
I'm guessing Zanete is easing us in gently as I found clue one and the short rows went more smoothly than I expected! Figuring out colours and yarn quantities was the trickiest part but I quite like how it's looking so far (the colours are a little lighter than they look in the photo). I'm doing the cardigan and very excited to try steeking!
