I am receiving the importance of knowing I'm not the body and, not the mind. I've come to the conclusion that I have to trust myself being my first mind and not the ego mind. I don't live in doubt, fear, and uncertainty , I live in trust, and knowing who I am.

I loved this teaching, you have some very vivid experience’s. You spoke on the Pathites and their use of telepathy to communicate, and I remembered a documentary in 2021-2023 about. I had to look it up to come correct about my findings. Used AI GOOGLE. They no longer called them Pathites they named them (patala).They were not myth but a real race of beings who lived in a Subterranean realm.
