Wow thank you for sharing! My physical body has been all over the place between my neck and then my back and I constantly have knots in my back all the time and I can’t seem to figure out how to get them to unlock and it’s like I have to move carefully in my body. It’s crazy and then now I have carpal tunnel in both arms and it’s crazy, i’m still trying to work on my body, but I have to take it slow, and when you said about finding joy in it that makes it so much lighter feeling for me to like find the our higher vibration while exercising and taking care of ourselves

Hi everyone! I’m a mom a wife, cake decorator, bird breeder and an accidental porcelain clay crystal dragon artist. I have always had gifts but I fully started working with energy when I was 15/16 but then life came about and I got swept away with the crowd, then when I had my son 6 months later I had a very bad postpartum depression and anxiety but the anxiety showed up like fire on my body it was a strange experience and I believe that woke me back up and got me more into energy work and then I found Dolores Cannon and listened to her lectures and that was the start of this journey of mine and I can’t wait to meet people that have similar experiences and or are on their journey. @Monica VerSteeg hi thank you ! Wow yes it is quite an experience. I just recently discovered that I need to let the energy flow and the energy will move and the anxiety will dissipate. Yes I make the clay and shape it and paint and embellish them with crystals and I have been doing some research on pair of crystals together and colors that correspond or feel good to put together and then the dragons be who they are it’s really therapeutic and fun.
