My background spans eight years across backend systems, real-time infrastructure, and frontend engineering, but my core focus today is building production-grade AI agents. Most of my recent work has been around voice agents, conversational workflows, and multi-channel automation. I build systems that handle scheduling, customer support, follow-ups, data processing, and end-to-end task execution across voice, chat, email, and internal tools. My experience includes VAPI, Twilio, LiveKit, LangChain, pgvector, n8n, and custom agent logic that connects deeply with business workflows.
