Hey everyone! I wanted to share something that has completely changed the way I use AI in my business. Whenever I write a prompt, I now finish it with one of these two lines: “Please make this prompt better.” or “What questions do I need to answer before you can do that?” / “What information do you need from me to complete this task effectively?” It sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference. Instead of guessing what the AI needs, it tells me what’s missing — which speeds up the process and dramatically improves the final result. Try it out and let me know what your experience is like. At least for me, this was a huge learning moment. I thought that ChatGPT would remember everything and look back through all my chats if I had the pro (aka paid) version. An attorney in Utah who specializes in AI corrected me. ChatGPT only remembers what you specifically tell it to remember, and it does not have the ability to look into other chats for information. Don't forget to tell it to remember your voice, business practices, etc! Thought this might help someone else too! Feel free to add your insights—I’m still learning.
