🇬🇧 ENGLISH 🔥 J-4 — WE MADE IT HAPPEN! 🔥 Bringing together two exceptional athletes and martial artists, each a true master of his discipline, was a challenge — and we made it happen. Coaches, Sensei, national-team leaders, champions and, above all, men with real presence and years of experience in the martial arts world, are coming to Valais for the first time with one purpose: to transmit their knowledge, share their experience and help every participant progress. 🥋 Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling with Samir Bensaïd: develop ground control, submissions, transitions, escapes, strategy and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Jiu-Jitsu teaches patience, technical intelligence and how to use leverage, timing and positioning rather than relying only on physical strength. 🥊 Sanda & Kickboxing with Yedoh Mélédje Jean-François: improve striking, kicks, combinations, movement, timing, distance management, explosiveness and the connection between striking and takedowns. Sanda is an incredibly complete combat sport that develops speed, coordination, power and adaptability. Two worlds, two complementary approaches, one exceptional day of learning. Whether you are a beginner, competitor, coach or experienced martial artist, there is always something new to learn from people who have reached the highest level. 📅 Saturday, July 11, 2026 — Black Belt Institute, Saxon ⏳ J-4 — Limited places. Reservation required. Sharing. Progress. Passion. See you on the mats!
