Fear is something we all encounter, in our personal and professional lives. Let's take stock. 1. Extinction: Without a solid picture of who you are becoming, stands to reason that letting go of who you were would cause you to cease to be. 2.Mutilation/Bodily Invasion: Fear of being physically unsafe/having boundaries crossed. 3. Loss of Autonomy: Trapped, overwhelmed, smothered, controlled by circumstances beyond our control. 4. Separation/Abandonment/Rejection: Not wanted, respected, or valued by others. 5. Humiliation/Shame/Worthlessness: Comes in the form of fear of failure/criticism, making a mistake, public speaking. What are your thoughts??? What is your top fear??? My biggest fear is number 3. Being overwhelmed by running my business, having it take control of my life. Time to do some work.....😂
