Take one slow breath in through your nose. Exhale gently through your mouth. Ask yourself quietly: “What am I holding right now that is not mine?” Name it. Feel it. Then softly say: “I release this.” Do not force the feeling to leave. Just loosen your grip. 🌿 Remember This You are not here to control life. You are here to experience it consciously. When you release what you cannot control, you make space for clarity, ease, alignment, and unexpected support. And often, what returns to you after release feels lighter, clearer, and more true than before.
