Healing journey

Good morning. I’m Marcia and I’m a 49 year old living in central California. I have a 29 year old daughter, grown and living on her own. My 7 year old conure Petey is my heart. I’m here trying to rediscover “WHO” I am after being both my parents caretakers and losing them to cancer. The struggle is real but so am I. I deserve to heal.
