Hello everyone, I’m March Larkin, and I’m honored to join this community. I’m a Realtor, investor, entrepreneur, and advocate passionate about using real estate as a tool for transformation. I’m licensed in Virginia and Maryland, where I’ve built a thriving business helping families, homeowners, and investors create wealth and stability through real estate. I am a part of Owners Club Community and Subto where I partner with other investors to use Real estate & investing as a vehicle for my ministry. I also develop co-living housing models in Virginia, Maryland, and Las Vegas that provide affordable, community-based housing for professionals, veterans, people in recovery, and those rebuilding their lives. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, which help me combine compassion with strategy in both business and service. I’m also a board member of Tabula Rasa, a domestic violence nonprofit supporting survivors on their path to healing and independence. My mission is personal. As a domestic violence survivor, I once packed everything I owned into trash bags, placed my children in a second-hand car, and left with nothing but faith and courage. From ground zero, I rebuilt my life into one of ownership, purpose, and service... all with the Grace of God!! I also host The Transformative Housing Ecosystem, a space for operators, advocates, investors, nonprofits, social workers, and housing leaders who believe people deserve a second chance and a stable place to rebuild.
