Less Hype, More Structure With AI
Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about how AI video and AI automation actually fit into real businesses. Not the hype. Not the ā€œreplace your whole teamā€ talk. Just practical use. On the video side, tools like HeyGen, Veo 3, Runway, and ElevenLabs have made it easier to create content without a full production setup. You can test ideas faster. You can create explainer videos, short-form content, training materials, or simple ads without booking studios or voice actors. But what I’ve noticed is this: AI video only becomes powerful when there’s a system behind it. That’s where automation comes in. Using tools like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier, you can build workflows that take an idea from a simple form or prompt and move it through scripting, voice generation, video creation, review, and publishing. Not fully hands off, but structured enough that it doesn’t feel chaotic. I’ve also been exploring OpenClaw for more advanced AI agent workflows, and Replit for testing and deploying small automation tools. When you connect these systems properly, things start to feel organized instead of overwhelming. For me, the real value of AI isn’t speed alone. It’s clarity. Clear processes. Repeatable systems. Less manual back and forth. AI video helps you communicate. AI automation helps you scale that communication without burning out. Right now, I’m building a few automation systems for free for business owners who genuinely want to improve how they operate. In return, I’m simply asking for an honest review and feedback on the work. Nothing fancy, just real experiences. If you’ve been thinking about organizing your systems or experimenting with AI video in a structured way, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to talk it through.

AI Video is Changing How We Create šŸŽ¬
I’ve been working a lot with AI video lately, and it’s honestly opening up new creative possibilities. You can use AI to create: - Short video ads for products or services - Social media content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos) - Explainer videos - Cinematic scenes or mini movie concepts - Visual storytelling from just a simple idea I’ll attach a sample video below so you can see what’s possible. The video below was generated with AI, using Veo3. It’s not about replacing creativity. It’s about moving faster, testing ideas quickly, and bringing concepts to life without a huge production setup. Also, a quick reminder from my post yesterday. I’m still offering to build simple automations for free in exchange for an honest review. Things like lead capture setups, welcome emails, task summaries, social media scheduling, and other small systems that save time. If you’re curious about AI video or you’d like help with automation, feel free to reach out. Just building, experimenting, and helping where I can. — Marcello

I’ll Build Free Automations for You (Honest Feedback in Return)
Hi everyone! šŸ‘‹I’ll Build Free Automations for You (Honest Feedback in Return) I’m looking to help people by building simple automations that save time and make daily tasks easier. I’m offering to create these automations for free, and in return, all I ask is that you leave me honest feedback or a short review. Some examples of what I can set up: Social Media Automations - Schedule posts automatically to Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook from a Google Sheet. - Weekly reminders to repost your top-performing content. - Alerts when someone mentions your brand on Twitter/X via Slack or email. Email & Communication - Personalized welcome emails for new subscribers or customers. - Birthday or special occasion emails automatically sent from Google Calendar. - Auto-replies to form submissions or emails. CRM & Lead Management - Capture leads from forms into Google Sheets or Airtable automatically. - Set follow-up reminders after form submissions. - Notifications for duplicate contacts in your system. Productivity & Task Management - Daily summaries of tasks from Trello, Asana, or ClickUp via email or Slack. - Turn flagged Gmail messages into tasks. - Weekly reporting automation for sales, website traffic, or other data. Website & Form Automations - Form submissions sent to Google Sheets + notifications via Slack or email. - Automatic survey reminders to users who haven’t completed a survey. - Website lead notifications to Telegram, Slack, or email. E-commerce & Customer Engagement - Notify customers of abandoned carts (for small stores). - Email/Slack notifications for new orders. - Automated customer review requests after a purchase. Personal & Fun Automations - Daily weather alerts to Slack, Telegram, or email. - Daily motivational quotes or content shared automatically. - Automatic birthday greetings to your contacts. If you’d like one of these automations set up, just reply to this post or DM me. I’ll make it simple, practical, and ready to use.
AI Automation | CRM Setup | AI Video Creator
Hey everyone šŸ‘‹ My name here is Marcello Denver. I work in AI automation, CRM systems, and AI video editing and content creation. What I really enjoy doing is helping business owners simplify how they work. A lot of founders and small teams are juggling too many tools, too many manual tasks, and too many follow-ups. That’s where I come in. I build simple, practical automations that save time, whether it’s setting up CRM systems that actually make sense, automating lead follow-ups, organizing pipelines, or connecting tools so they work smoothly together. On the creative side, I also work with AI video editing and content creation. That includes turning ideas into short-form videos, ads, or social content in a way that feels strategic, not just trendy. Who I usually help: • Business owners who feel overwhelmed with manual tasks. • Coaches, agencies, and service providers who need better systems. • Brands that want consistent video content without burning out. The goal is always the same: More clarity. Less manual work. Better results with smarter systems. I’m here to connect, learn, and collaborate. If you’re building something interesting or trying to make your business run smoother, I’d love to connect. Looking forward to being part of the community šŸ™Œ

šŸŽ„ The Christmas Surge: Why Businesses Need Automation More Than Ever
December is a beautiful month… but if you run a business, you know it’s also the month where everything hits at once: More traffic. More orders. More questions. More last-minute decisions. More customer expectations. And ironically… less time to manage it all because your team (and you) are balancing family, holidays, travel, and end-of-year planning. This is exactly where automation becomes your silent December superpower. Not ā€œnice-to-haveā€ critical. 🌟 1. Traffic Goes Up, Response Time Goes Down In December, customers expect replies faster, not slower. Automation helps you: - Route inquiries instantly - Send automatic replies for FAQs - Assign urgent messages to the right person - Keep leads warm even when your team is offline Your customer never feels ā€œignoredā€ again. 🌟 2. Orders Increase, but mistakes shouldn’t With more orders and more moving parts, manual processes break. Automation ensures: - Correct order confirmations - Consistent onboarding - Accurate delivery updates - No missed payments, no lost customer info It keeps everything clean and predictable when demand spikes. 🌟 3. You Save Hours While Everyone Else Burns Out December burnout is real. Automation handles: - Follow-ups - Reminders - Scheduling - Reporting - Notifications so your team can focus on serving customers, not clicking buttons. 🌟 4. Last-Minute Decisions Don’t Become Last-Minute Problems Customers buy impulsively during the holidays. Automation ensures: - Instant responses - Instant upsells - Instant confirmations - Instant access to digital products Speed = conversions. Automation = speed. 🌟 5. December Sets the Tone for How You Start January Most businesses scramble in January because December drained them. Automated businesses start the new year with: - Clean pipelines - Organized data - Engaged leads - Zero backlog - Momentum already rolling Automation multiplies your December results and protects your January. šŸŽ The Bottom Line
