@Melissa McKinney Check again. I made some edits so it might show you as 100% done now. It should. You have completed all of the lessons that have been created.

@Melissa McKinney Interesting.
Who is Jesus to You NOW?
Let's return to the main question: Who is Jesus to you NOW? Today. At this point in your life.

@Melissa McKinney Thanks for sharing! This is similar to a recent revelation in my life. I have always accepted that God accepts and loves everyone else. And I have always accepted that God has accepted and loved me to an extent, but there has usually been a condition. I have spent most of my life believing, yes, God accepts me, but I am still not okay. God accepts the broken, dysfunctional, maladjusted, so that is the way he accepts me. But what I am trying to embrace (and getting much better at appreciating) is that God does not merely accept (ie. tolerate) me, but he truly loves and enjoys me just as I do my own children. You are so right about the perspective of a parent changing everything! It is taking me 50 years to get there, but I am gradually becoming okay with who I am.

Do you know what would be really cool
If the app allowed for highlighting. Man, there some good stuff in there I would love to highlight so I could easily find it again.

Great feedback! I have submitted that suggestion to the Skool support team.
Describing vs. Prescribing (Day 31)
Animal sacrifice, slavery, and dietary restrictions are examples of things described in the Bible that are clearly NOT prescribed for us to continue today. Sometimes, the biblical writers describe character traits of figures (Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, etc.), but it does not mean they always want us to imitate those figures. Can you think of other examples, big or small, that you believe the Bible describes for us that we are not meant to carry on?

@Melissa McKinney The Bible Project just published a whole podcast series on the Ten Commandments that I have not listened to yet, but I wonder if it will change my perspective on some of the Old Testament.
