Today I released the very first guided meditation from the Cup of Remembrance journey into the course. It’s called The Descent and is available under the CLASSROOM section. This is not a song. This is spoken word guidance designed to help you enter experience while staying aware of who you are. The Descent gently guides you into a calm, grounded state where thoughts, emotions, and sensations can be noticed without getting pulled into them. It sets the foundation for everything that follows in this journey by teaching the art of witnessing before identifying. Under the spoken guidance are subtle tones designed to support presence, clarity, and relaxed awareness. You may not hear them clearly. You’ll feel them. This meditation is best experienced: • With headphones • Lying down or seated comfortably • With no goal other than listening There is nothing to force here. Nothing to fix. Just space to remember. This is the first step in the Cup of Remembrance. More meditations will follow, each aligned with a track from the album and each building on the last. Go experience it when you feel called.
