What You Put In, Decides What You Get Back. ❤️‍🔥
What you put in your body dictates what we may pull forth from it. This is true of all Domains of Performance, but it is abundantly true of the Physical Domain of Performance. And it all starts with Nutrition; how we Fuel our Pursuit. This can evolve to become the most nuanced facets of this Domain, but at a high level, it is really quite simple: Eat Real Food. If you want to build a more intentional Focus to your Nutrition, start by eating food that was grown in the ground, or harvested from an animal. And once you are ready to progress beyond this and dive deeper, send me a DM. ❤️‍🔥 1. Click this link to watch today's video 2. COMMENT your current approach to Nutrition and one area you want to focus on building ⬇️⬇️⬇️

@Stephen Mooney I'd love to reach that level of discipline.
Amitriptyline and It's Effects
🌙 Common Side Effects of Amitriptyline Think of amitriptyline as a dimmer switch for overactive nerves. It can quiet the "electrical static" of nerve pain, but while your body is adjusting, some circuits may feel a bit sleepy or dry. Most Common Side Effects - 😴 Drowsiness or feeling groggy (especially in the morning) - 👄 Dry mouth - 🚽 Constipation - 🌀 Dizziness - 👀 Blurred vision - ⚖️ Weight gain or increased appetite - 💧 Difficulty urinating - 🧠 Brain fog or trouble concentrating These often improve after the first 1 to 2 weeks as your body settles in, much like a ship finding its rhythm after leaving harbour. Now while it says it improves after 1-2 weeks, what this is saying is: when the side effect does kick in, it can take that long or longer to subside. I experience all of it except constipation and difficulty urinating, but some of it only just started weeks ago. But the eating is ridiculous. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been.

Day 6 🎥Articulate Speaking: Record a 1-minute
Record a 1-minute explanation of your favorite hobby. Listen for fillers (“um,” “like”) and reduce them. Which hobby have you chosen to explain, and what’s one small detail about it that makes it extra special to you? #HobbyExplanation #1MinuteVideo #ClearCommunication #ReduceFillers #CreativeRecording

Day 2 Articulate Speaking: Twist, Turn, & Talk – Master Tongue Twisters! 🗣️✨
Welcome to Day 2 of our practice journey! Today’s task is simple, fun, and incredibly useful: spend just 5–10 minutes practicing tongue twisters. It’s a tiny daily habit that brings big improvements to your speech clarity, pronunciation, and oral agility. Tongue twisters aren’t just silly phrases—they’re like a workout for your mouth, tongue, and jaw muscles. They train you to speak slowly, enunciate every sound clearly, and build muscle memory for tricky combinations of letters. Whether you want to sound clearer in conversations, speak confidently in public, or just have a bit of fun, this quick practice is perfect. A classic example to start with: “She sells seashells by the seashore.” Say it slowly first, making every word crisp. Then pick up the pace little by little—see how fast you can go without tripping over your words! You can try other ones too, or even make up your own. No fancy tools needed, just you and a few minutes of focus. Try it first thing in the morning to wake up your voice, or anytime you have a small break. You’ll notice after just a few days, your speech feels smoother and more precise. Ready to give it a go? Grab your spot, take a breath, and start twisting those words! 😊 Would you like me to add a few more easy tongue twister examples to this post?
