EIN for A2P verification
Hey all, I realized asking for all the A2P information can add a lot of friction during the onboarding process, especially when asking for the EIN number. Is there any trustworthy source out there where I can find a business's EIN number based on their name?

not really lol, its like if insurance companies and banks could just find a website with your social security number(really huge security risk to have that on the internet). You will have to ask for ein/cp-575. Its so uncomfortable to ask for it buts its super necessary.

Is it possible to pass a2p if your client doesn’t have a business email?
what has been your experience with clients not having a busisness email? do you know any work around for something like that?

@Demetrio James I haven’t encountered this personally with a client just brainstorming a potential issue that could arise and what I should do if I ever encounter it.

@Demetrio James Kinda, just submitted an a2p application for my first client! And I’m trying to see where problems could arise with other clients, fortunately this one had all of the information on deck and had it correct!

How to populate client reviews with customer's name.
