I am completely new to AI automation and n8n. I understand how to build workflows in n8n that's the 'easy' part but I have 0 experience in infrastructure, hosting and cloud and I am clueless when it comes to actually delivering the workflows to clients. Any help/guidance would be very appreciated. I don't really know what self hosting vs hosting on n8n's server is. Thank you

I'm excited to share that I've created my first agent using n8n and thanks to a few YouTube videos. 🙃 For those who have been doing this a while, you may be lol'ing about my excitement. That's ok. I am too! Before I started this mission, a couple hours ago, I had no idea how to use APIs or any of the n8n building blocks but I'm following advice I found in yesterday's video about "How I'd make money in 2026..." by the one and only Nate Herk. I'm going to continue following his recipe and see how far I can get with the power of AI! UPDATE: 2nd image is what I was able to add with Outlook. Interesting how 2FA and API Keys, etc. can all work seamlessly together to provide an outcome. Turns out, Google only refreshes an 'Other' calendar type, whenever it wants so it can take hours (8-24 hours) before a calendar updated on a shared Apple calendar appears on the Google calendar for consideration of availability or not. My work here is complete for the day. Total time is around 5.5 hours including two 10-minute breaks from never having built a functional Agent, to having one that has some robustness measures baked into the logic. I'm pretty happy with a single session's progress.

Found a client paying $12k/month to an agency for "ongoing maintenance". The workflow hadn't been touched in 11 months. Took over for $600/month. The agency is furious. I checked the logs. Workflow ran perfectly. Zero errors. Zero interventions. Zero updates. THE CONFRONTATION Him: "So what do you think?" Me: "You're being robbed" Him: "What?" Me: "This hasn't been touched in 11 months" Him: "But the monthly reports..." Me: "Fiction" Showed him the modification logs. His face went white. Him: "I've paid $132k this year for... nothing?" Me: "Correct" THE BREAKDOWN Agency's monthly "work": - Monitoring = checking if it's running (2 min) - Optimization = nothing - Security = nothing - Consulting = 15-min monthly call Actual monthly effort: 20 minutes tops Monthly charge: $12,000 Effective rate: $36,000/hour They were printing money. THE TAKEOVER Him: "Can you take this over?" Me: "Yes" Him: "What do you charge?" Me: "$600/month" Him: "That's it?" Me: "For actual monitoring and maintenance, yes" Him: "What about optimization?" Me: "I'll rebuild it faster in Skada, throw in custom improvements, and that's included" THE 9-MINUTE REBUILD

Hi guys, I wanted to know that how do you guys manage to find clients in the niche you are expert in. I searched upwork for frreelance jobs but it costs me connects to apply there and linkedin don't have these type of jobs. Can anyone help with this?
