From the ops side, this is where a simple deal suddenly turns into a coordination puzzle. A few things that tend to happen: 📄🔄 Different HUD versions floating around 🧾📞 Multiple sets of wiring instructions to verify ⏱️⚡ Each company moving at a different speed ✏️⚠️ Small mismatches showing up more often It doesn’t kill the deal — it just adds layers that slow things down if no one is steering the communication. For those who’ve handled this before: What was your biggest challenge, and what’s one piece of advice you’d give to keep everything moving smoothly?

(: Originally from Seattle WA (now in Dallas/Frisco), got into Real Estate in 2017 right out of high school doing Wholesaling and then began buying mobile home parks and RV parks and 2019.
