What do you guys do to prepare for a tournament?
I always treated tournaments like a fight camp lol always started training internationally for FlagFootball 6-8 weeks out. Last week was always active rest and recovery so I can peak during the weekend.

Sure is Nate ! Definitely need a qb to manage the game , of course a great rusher will impact the game too .
