Helping Others Changed How I Learn

Show your gratitude challenge.....
Today, nobody talks about themselves. Comment with one person from this community you have learned something from. Tag them. Tell us one line about what they taught you, or why others should follow them. That is it. Your reach grows when someone else says your name, not when you say it yourself. Let us practise that here first. 👇

@Harsh Shah is someone I’ve learned a lot from, not just through what he shares but through the way he always comes forward to help others. I’ve personally experienced his support, and that’s something I really value.

A Simple Guide to Better LinkedIn Comments
Want people to remember you, not just notice that you commented? Stop trying to sound intelligent. Try to sound like yourself. 1. Add something to the conversation Don’t just write: “Absolutely! Great insights. 👏” Instead, share your experience, opinion, or a different perspective. 2. Keep it conversational Write like you're talking to the person over coffee. Bad: “This beautifully highlights the importance of embracing uncertainty.” Better: “This part hit home. I’ve made this mistake myself.” 3. Don’t summarize the post The author already knows what they wrote. 😂 Don’t spend 5 lines explaining their own post back to them. 4. Ask a genuine question Not: “What are your thoughts?” Ask something specific: "Would you still recommend this approach for someone just starting out?” 5. Don’t force a life lesson Not every post is about courage, resilience, growth, mindset, and the universe. 😂 Sometimes… “This happened to me too.” …is a perfectly good comment. The golden rule: Don’t comment to get noticed. Comment to add value. And most importantly: Don’t use AI to manufacture a personality. Your grammar can be imperfect. Your comment can be short. Your opinion can be different. Just make sure it’s yours.

This made me realise that having something genuine to say matters much more than making the comment sound perfect.
