US National versus RoE
Who here is knowledgeable about becoming officially recognized as a US National versus Resignation of Election pro as cons, such as voting driving flying. Signing up accounts requiring an “SS”?

Okay. To clarify the establishment of one’s US National status is codified through correspondence with secretary of state? The RoE is a process/letter sent to the to the IRS opting out of the Income Tax. The foundation standing on Article 1 section 9 clause 4 of the United States Constitution. The IRS stands on the 16th amendment, then loopholes income tax via the bc/ss/trust scheme validated once we sign our first irs form, then they make the presumption going forward (silence is agreeing), until the RoE is filed then you’re out. Its all a jurisdiction game, when you sign irs forms your status is “within DC” as a irs defined “resident alien”. After the RoE process you are known by the irs as “nonresident alien”. Thank you making some clarification about private versus public.

Unincorporated Association & No Income Tax
I discovered this on Facebook about a week ago , https://unincorporatedassociations.com/fft_recordings explored the 4 session videos today (i’m not promoting it) it offers a model for assets protection via Unincorporated Association (UA) and income tax avoidance via Resignation of Election (RoE) to become recognized as nonresident alien by the irs, no longer qualifying for income tax.
