Welcome to The Grind (Level1) 😅 → Introduce Yourself!
Shifting Gears a little bit so I am doing a reintroduction: Hey hey! 👋 I’m Jhoanna—creator of SmartScale AI and fellow survivor of the “doing everything myself” phase. If you’re in Level 1: 🤯 The Grind—congrats! That means you’re early in the journey… not doing it wrong. We’re here to solve the core problem silently capping most service-based businesses: Manual, inconsistent marketing that leaks leads and blocks growth. This community is built to help you: ✅ Automate follow-up ✅ Grow reviews + referrals ✅ Prequalify leads 24/7 ✅ Build one smart, AI-powered system to scale without working more 🧠 Let’s Get to Know You: In the Intros category, post a quick intro with: 1. Your name + business 2. What's your primary offer (in simple words) 3. Where you think you’re stuck 4. Your dream result in the next 90 days Example: “Hey I’m Amanda! I run a massage therapy studio in Phoenix. We book out 3 weeks ahead but get tons of missed calls and no-shows. I want more automation + fewer flakes—ideally grow without hiring.” 🗣️ This helps me shape content that actually solves your real-time roadblocks. Let’s go from chaos to clarity—together. —Jhoanna Let's GO and Let's GROW.

I realize I didn’t introduce myself. Hi I’m Ma Key Da (pronounced) I help entrepreneurs and especially women over 40 with branding and custom graphics for their business. My main offer is creating logos and all of the necessary startup digital materials for a new entrepreneur. I see people ask about logos and branding all the time, but getting them to become customers has been a little challenging. My dream result in 90 days is making consistent income from my business.
How to Make Remote Work Collaboration/Meeting Fun...
Introducing the... IceBreaker Generator (using the 7-Step Loop Framework). Build Smarter, Faster & Actually Have Fun Doing It 😎 Let’s be honest — remote work made it super easy to ship features… but way harder to feel connected while doing it. It’s all about going from idea → validated app → shared tool in just seven practical steps — designed to help you stop overbuilding and start solving real human problems. Here’s what you’ll learn 👇 ✅ Validate your ideas before you build 🧠 Guide AI like a real teammate (not just a chatbot) ⚙️ Test, tweak, and ship faster with Lovable 💬 Build tools that connect with people — not just automate tasks 💡 It’s not just a dev process — it’s a mindset shift that helps you create faster, better, and with real impact. 🎥 Join me in Classroom Day 24 We’ll walk through a live demo of The 7-Step Loop in action, complete with: - Real prompts + live examples - A plug-and-play guide you can reuse - Resources + templates to help you start building today Because building fast is great — but building something that matters? That’s where the magic happens. ✨ Quick challenge: describe your next build idea in three emojis or GIFS👇

The tool is cool! I could use this in my Toastmasters Public Speaking group. We have a section in the meeting called Ice Breakers where we ask a random question and people speak on it for 1 to 2 minutes
⚙️ Build Smarter, Not Longer — The 80/20 Prototype Rule
Most people waste time building because they skip the plan. The pros? They flip it: 80% planning, 20% building. That’s how you move faster without rebuilding three times. 💡 Your Game Plan: - Pick ONE idea. (Task tracker, lead capture, proposal generator—keep it simple.) - Map it out: - * Frontend: what users see - * Backend: what makes it run - * Database: where data lives (even local storage counts) - Prep before you build. Write your PM prompt. Sketch your flow. Then build in hours, not days. - Design smart. Few colors, clean spacing, clear text, instant feedback. - Test like a stranger. Open in incognito—if it makes sense instantly, you nailed it. Visit Classroom Day 26 for demo, slides and written guide instructions. 🚀 Takeaway: Better prep = better builds. When you slow down to plan, you speed up results—and your prototypes feel intentional, not accidental. 💬 Quick challenge: What’s one small change in your planning process that saved you time (or sanity) this week? Drop it below 👇

🔥 The AI Browser Revolution: Why OpenAI’s New “Atlas” Could Change Online Business Forever
Hey SmartScale AI fam 👋 This week, OpenAI dropped Atlas, a brand‑new AI browser built around ChatGPT and it’s a game‑changer. Instead of just browsing, Atlas lets you chat with websites, perform actions like booking calls or finding leads, and even remember context across sessions. Think about it: - You could ask “Find all chiropractors in Phoenix with 4.9⭐ reviews and draft an outreach message” and Atlas would handle it. - It integrates directly with your ChatGPT account, meaning lead generation, market research, and content planning now happen inside your “browser brain.” This marks a seismic shift for digital pros the browser becomes your AI workspace, not just a search tool. For small businesses, it means productivity without platforms. 💡 My take: Expect AI browsers to replace dozens of daily tools by 2026. The winners? Businesses that adapt their sites, funnels, and automations to be AI‑readable and interactive. How do you think this changes how customers discover and engage with businesses online? Drop your thoughts ⬇️

This seems pretty cool I’m checking it out. Right now I use Duck Duck Go Ai almost like this but it will be great to check out this new feature
🚀 AI Just Got Way Easier (Even for Non-Techies)
This week’s AI news = huge win for small business owners 👏 Both Microsoft Copilot Studio and OpenAI’s new GPT-5 just made it crazy simple to automate your marketing, admin, and customer follow-up — no tech skills required. 💡 What this means for you: - Automate emails, DMs, and data reports — no coding - Build your own “AI assistant” that runs your daily tasks - Spend more time serving customers, not spreadsheets It’s basically AI on autopilot — designed for real businesses, not tech geeks. 👉 Curious? Drop your business type below and I’ll share one easy automation you could set up this week. 👇
