Send Stop Orders to Tradestation's Network

If you go to edit strategies -> properties for all -> automation You can check the Stop Orders setting to hold stop orders on Tradestation's network, so that your stop would have gotten filled even if Tradestation was down Question for you all: - In what scenarios does the stop order not get submitted? - Can anyone called Tradestation to find out?

in my experience limit orders and market are always guaranteed. There is setting for limit orders to convert into market after 2-3 seconds

@Kevin Gong 1. if TradeStation crashes while strategy is running it won’t send these stop 🛑 orders 2. If you accidentally close workspace 3. Internet issues etc.

Forcing Tradestation v10 to update to the latest version.

@Kevin Gong Do you know of a way to force Tradestation v10 to update to the latest version? On my strategy development PC, TS is not updating automatically nor is it updating when using the in-built Update Manager. The issue is prohibiting me from using workspaces from my other PC which has a new version of TS running on it. When I attempt to update via Update Manager, Tradestation is thinking that the software is up to date. Build 1203 is definitely not the latest. I understand that I can uninstall/reinstall Tradestation on a PC but I was hoping to avoid that if there is another way of forcing Tradestation to update to a newer Build. Thanks for your help.
