Hi, I have been provided a challenging task of creating an intervention and show results for an executive board of a professional service firm. The executive board are the 15 senior most Partners who have been at that rank for over 2 decades and are in their early 50’s. The irony is that most of them don’t believe they need this intervention as they are candid in sharing that they have limited scope to change. The reality is that being at the apex the change management begins with them, however their resistance or blind spots may become roadblocks for the future as the leaders being nurtured under them are imbibing the same work ethics. The problem runs deeper than one can expect. Would any of you have been through this and have recommendations. Looking forward to hearing some insight from you as well Dr. Tamsin
