Mentees, today I want to give you a simple but powerful activation. One of the defining marks of a Spirit-filled community is that the voice of God is not rare among us—it is normal. The prophet Joel declared: Joel 2:28 “I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.” This prophecy was later confirmed in the New Testament when the Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost. What does this mean? It means that prophecy is not reserved only for prophets. Yes, there is an office of the prophet, but the ability to prophesy flows from the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Every believer who carries the Spirit carries prophetic potential. What Is Prophecy? In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word often associated with prophecy is נָבָא (naba’), which means: “to speak forth, to bubble up, to pour out words by inspiration.” In the New Testament, the Greek word is προφητεύω (prophēteuō), which means: “to speak under divine inspiration, to declare the mind or message of God.” Very simply: Prophecy is speaking by inspiration. It happens when the Holy Spirit places an unction, an impression, or a burden on your heart to say something that strengthens others. The apostle Paul gives us the guardrails for prophetic expression. 1 Corinthians 14:3 “He who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.” In other words, prophecy should: • Edify – build people up • Exhort – stir people forward • Comfort – strengthen the heart Prophecy is not for tearing down or condemning people. It is for building the house. Your Activation Now it’s your turn. Take 60 seconds and pray. Ask the Holy Spirit: “Lord, what do You want to say to this community today?” Then come back to the comments and release a corporate prophetic word for this group. It does not have to be long. It does not have to be complicated. Just speak what you sense the Spirit saying. Maybe it’s: • encouragement • strength • direction • hope • faith for a new season

Today is day 9! I’m so shocked at the consistency that I’ve been showing! I think the community helps tremendously when you’re not doing it alone. Testimony: December 2025, I finalized the plan for another business venture and I knew that I would need to get a job to help fund this new venture because my business was slow after a big contract I had, ended. I prayed and asked God to give me the job before the new year. Long story short I don’t even remember applying to this job but I did in November of 2025 (before I even prayed). When I started in kingdom lab I mentioned that I had an interview. Today was my first day training! It’s remote and it still gives me the ability to run my business, so ministry and launch my new business venture. Family... I want to challenge you for a moment. Yesterday we had our live teaching. Several people said they forgot, didn’t see the announcement, or missed the live. Let me be very clear, and hear my heart when I say this: mentorship requires intentionality. Growth requires attention. Development requires discipline. We go live every Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. EST... and yesterday we started at 8:31pm... As your coach, my responsibility is to show up prepared, consistent, and committed to your growth. Your responsibility is to keep up, follow closely, and take ownership of your engagement. This is not a space for excuses, drifting, or passive participation. I’m not here to baby anyone or chase anyone down. I’m here to build people who are serious about becoming more. I believe you are called to be high-capacity, high-functioning, high-achieving leaders. And with that calling, excuses don’t cut it. This community is curated for people who are serious about mentorship, intentional about growth, and who understand the sacred relationship between mentor and mentee.
