MENTORSHIP ASSIGNMENT: DON’T FORGET YOUR DREAM
Good morning. Before the world told you what was “realistic”… Before responsibilities, fear, comparison, and survival mode crept in… You had a dream. Not just a wish. Not just a vibe. A God-breathed vision of what your life could produce. And for some of you… You didn’t lose your dream. 👉 You buried it. ⚠️ Here’s the truth: If you don’t define your dream, life will assign you one. If you don’t remember your dream, you’ll start living for smaller things. If you don’t write it, you won’t war for it. 🧠 YOUR ASSIGNMENT (DO THIS TODAY — NOT LATER) 1. REFLECT (Go quiet for a moment) Take 5–10 minutes. Ask yourself: - What did I once believe I was called to do? - What excites me when I’m not overthinking? - What kind of life would make me feel aligned with God and myself? 👉 Don’t edit. Don’t filter. Just remember. 2. WRITE (Make it real) Now write your dream down. Not vague. Not safe. Not small. Answer this directly: “If I had all the time, all the resources, and all the support I needed… what would I build, create, become, or leave in the earth?” Be specific: - What does it look like? - Who does it impact? - What kind of person do you become in the process? 👉 If it doesn’t stretch you, it’s not your real dream. 3. DECLARE (Post it in the chat) This is where most people hesitate… and miss their breakthrough. Drop your dream in the chat. Not for validation. Not for applause. 👉 For ownership. There’s power in: - Saying it out loud - Letting others witness it - Refusing to hide it anymore Some of you are one decision away from reactivating your entire life. This is not just an exercise. This is a reintroduction to your assignment. Habakkuk 2:2 (emphasis mine): “Write the vision and make it plain…” Why? 👉 Because what you can see clearly… you can pursue intentionally. 🗣️ When you post your dream, start with: “My dream is…” And don’t water it down. 🚨 BONUS (FOR THE SERIOUS ONES) After you post your dream, reply to 2 other people and:

Good morning this afternoon Apostle and Kingdom Lab fam. First, thank you for your continued sensitivity and language that speaks to where my heart is. My family loves you and Lady P. Funny enough, a weight hit me this morning about remembering the infancy of my faith in Christ and the very things he had shown me. “If I had all the time, all the resources, and all the support I needed… what would I build, create, become, or leave in the earth?” My dream is create what can only be described as a vibrant community—a town or city dedicated to uplifting those who have devoted their lives to serving Christ, utilizing their diverse gifts. This space would provide stability for individuals transitioning from one phase of life to another and offer support to those in desperate need, including the abused, abandoned, impoverished, and marginalized. In building this safe haven, I envision myself as a leader who defends justice and advocates for redemption. I would be a steward of restoration and a champion of reconciliation. With a tender heart aligned with the mind of God, I would serve those called to me, guiding them with wisdom and strategy toward healing, deliverance, and a clear sense of identity.

@Miranda B my honorary big sister, good afternoon. As always you hit the nail on the head. Life has a way of happening in such a way where we don’t notice that it has carried us away from our original direction. We rehearse experiences, thoughts, expectations, other successes and they become doctrines that toss us to and fro. But the kinds of questions Apostle has been posing and you have been grappling with can become anchors that settle the soul and reestablish the original course GOD placed us on. I am looking forward to reading your reflection and your dream. I believe in what the LORD has invested in you and I am certain that what He has begun in you He will perform until the day of the LORDS return. It’s not too late and the dream does not have to be small. Love you! ❤️
WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN PRAYING?
GOOD MORNING ☀️🔥 I don’t know what’s been sitting on your heart… I don’t know what’s been weighing on your mind… I don’t know what you’ve been praying about behind the scenes… but I do know this, you cannot step into what God has for you without seeking Him first. Before the calls. Before the content. Before the meetings. Before the grind. Seek His face. Not casually. Not passively. But intentionally. Because what’s in front of you is bigger than you, and that’s exactly why you need Him. This is the prayer I’ve been praying: “Lord, give me strength in the face of fear. Give me courage in the face of opposition. Give me peace in the face of resistance. Clarify my mind. Stabilize my heart. Anchor my spirit. Let everything I do bring You glory. Let my life be something that pleases You. And empower me… to do great exploits in Your name.” Now it’s your turn. What have YOU been praying? Drop it in the comments. Don’t overthink it. Don’t filter it. Let’s build a culture of prayer, hunger, and pursuit in this room. 👇🏾🔥

Good morning, prayer has been what I’ve been hanging too, especially on days where life feels heavier than what I can handle. I’ve been praying over, about, and for a few things but I believe these few words sum up my heart. Father thank you for where I am and where I am going. I ask that you order my steps by your word today. Take who I am and where I am, use it to bring you glory!
What's your WARM UP?
WHAT’S YOUR WARM-UP? Hey, I miss y’all. For real. It’s good to tap back in with this group. I’ve been in a heavy season... pressure, production, building, but I want to make sure I’m still giving you something practical, not just inspirational. Let’s talk about the zone. The zone is that state where everything clicks. Where your mind is clear. Your confidence is stable. Your creativity flows. Your focus locks in. It’s where distraction dies and execution lives. Athletes call it being “locked in.” Creatives feel it when ideas just start pouring. In the Spirit, it’s that place where you’re aligned, sensitive, and moving with clarity and power. The zone is not random. It’s entered. And what I’m learning is this: You don’t just show up in the zone… you warm up into it. Before any great performance, there’s preparation. Before any deep focus, there’s alignment. Before any productivity, there’s a ritual. So here’s the question: What’s your warm-up? What do you do to get your mind right? Your spirit focused? Your body ready? Is it prayer? Music? Silence? Movement? Journaling? Or are you just trying to jump straight into performance without preparation? I want you to become a master of entering the zone on demand. Because the people who win in life aren’t just talented… They know how to get ready on command. 👇🏾 Drop it in the chat: What’s your warm-up routine before you step into your assignment?

My warm up routine has changed since becoming a Father and moving down south. Before I jump into a project meditation is a must, prior to moving I would sit at my kitchen table for this. Now I have added walking along with my meditation. Sometimes its with instrumentals and others is just me in silence. Here is where I get to organize thoughts and start the ground work for whatever the project maybe.
MONDAY RESET: ALIGN YOUR SPIRIT, BODY, AND FOCUS
Family, one of the greatest skills you will ever develop is the ability to start your week with intention. Not reacting. Not drifting. Not waiting to “feel it.” But deciding who you’re going to be this week. 1. PRAY — ALIGN YOUR SPIRIT Before you touch your phone… before you check emails… before you scroll… Talk to God. Invite Him into your week. “Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3 Don’t just ask for stuff— Ask for clarity, discipline, favor, timing, sensitivity. 2. WORSHIP — SET YOUR ATMOSPHERE Worship is how you shift environments. You’re not just singing… you’re recalibrating your soul. Let this week start with: - Gratitude over anxiety - Faith over fear - Expectation over doubt 3. WORK OUT — ACTIVATE YOUR BODY Your body is not separate from your calling. Energy matters. Focus matters. Discipline matters. Even if it’s 20–30 minutes: Move. Sweat. Breathe. You’re not just working out your body— you’re training your consistency muscle. 4. PLAN — DEFINE YOUR TARGET A lot of people feel overwhelmed because they’re unclear. Let’s fix that. Ask yourself: - What are my top 3 priorities this week? - What actually moves the needle in my calling, business, or assignment? - What must be DONE by Friday? Write it down. Make it plain. 5. EXECUTE — NO MORE OVERTHINKING This week is not about perfection. It’s about movement. Some of you are one week of focused execution away from: - Breakthrough - Momentum - Confidence 🔥 MENTORSHIP ASSIGNMENT (DON’T SKIP THIS) Drop your goals in the comments. Be specific. Not “be better” Not “work harder” I want: - 3–5 CLEAR goals - What you’re building, finishing, or starting - What you’re committing to this week HEAR ME!!! You are not behind. You are not disqualified. You are not too late. But you do need to move. Let this be the week where: - Your prayers are intentional - Your discipline is visible - Your focus is undeniable

Upgrade Your Prayer Life
A Prayer Secret That Has Revolutionized My Prayer Life There was a time when I thought prayer worked like a gym schedule. You clock in. You put in your reps. You clock out. And I believed the more “blocks” of prayer I had, the more spiritual, disciplined, and devoted I was. But then I ran into something Jesus said that completely disrupted my framework: Luke 18:1 — “Men ought always to pray and not faint.” Not sometimes. Not in scheduled moments. Always. That statement forced me to rethink everything. I began to realize there’s a difference between: - Concentrated Prayer (set-apart, intentional time with God) - Continual Prayer (ongoing awareness of God throughout your entire day) And when I understood that God is omnipresent, that I never actually leave His presence, my prayer life shifted from an activity… to a lifestyle. Now prayer isn’t something I start and stop. It’s something I live in. I can pray all day, not just with my mouth, but with my awareness. - When I complete a task → “Thank You for the strength.” - When I think about my goals → “Lord, be glorified in this.” - When I’m driving → I acknowledge Him. - When I feel pressure → I lean into Him in real time. This is what it means to walk with God. This is what it means to pray without ceasing. 🔑 5 Principles to Unlock Continual Prayer 1. Shift from “Talking to God” to “Living with God” 1 Thessalonians 5:17 — “Pray without ceasing.” Prayer is not just communication—it’s communion. You’re not visiting God… you’re living with Him. 2. Awareness is the Gateway to Unceasing Prayer Proverbs 3:6 — “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” Prayer becomes powerful when God is no longer a moment… but a mindset. Acknowledgment activates interaction. 3. Turn Ordinary Moments into Spiritual Conversations Colossians 3:17 — “Whatever you do… do all in the name of the Lord Jesus.” Every moment carries potential for prayer. Work becomes worship. Tasks become thanksgiving. Movement becomes meditation.

Wow! This was how we built our first home as a family in constant dwelling with GOD. Doing dishes as an act of worship and even a time of worship. Tending to the kids. Realizing that our house was a portal between heaven and earth. Thanking the LORD while walking through our home. Praising him while sitting on the porch. All of this was prayer. Thank you for always giving language and clarity.
