The stated purpose was to discuss open-weights AI developments such as Kimi 3 and to show practical workflows for building with local tools, Obsidian, GitHub, and agentic vault systems. Key Challenges: - Solutions discussed in greater depth than challenges on this call. - Pay-per-use frontier AI pricing is seen as unsustainable. Architect.hitsuyoaku.io argued the model “won't work” because providers cannot afford to keep subsidizing usage and users do not want rising per-token costs. - AI costs are becoming impractical for businesses.
