Alcoholism
This one I’m sure has some deep roots. I have a family member who recently almost died died due to alcohol. She put her kids in danger. And yet she’s still not in treatment. We thought this would be rock bottom. But doesn’t seem to be. We’ve of course offered help often…..but I know an individual must want to be helped. So any Insight on how to help or what to do. She’s been to rehab two times but never joined AA or even done much outside of rehab. Anyway just curious!

@Ashley Modde well it saved my brother’s life I know that. So maybe it works for some but not all . I just know that she can’t do it alone and rehab programs haven’t worked. And yes they have to want to get better and then like you said not just complete a program. They have to really dig in to why and that I’m sure can be the hardest part. It’s just so sad to watch and they not accept any help. It’s going to cost her her life if she continues down this path.
Today’s call
If we registered for today’s call…..can we hop on for part of it if we can’t make the entirety? I have an appointment that’s going to overlap! But I’ll be on the end.

“Cancer causing”
All of the cancer causing warnings on literally everything…are they even legit or again, does it come down to the different energetic imbalances ?

I was going to say there are soooo many factors and things to look into! Toxins, stress, emotions, viruses, cellular damage…..it’s a long list but the more you know the more you control the better your chances. As Maggie said emotions are at the root. But there’s a lot you can control with lifestyle and environment!

So very true. On any topic you can find information to support both “sides” I find this sometimes when I post things even about cancer and the things you can do to help. It’s not one sided or black and white. It seems many people won’t look or do their own research either. They just jump on their “sides” position. I learned long ago to find my own position and not follow. But many do.
you were never made for the shallow end ♡
Have you struggled with others feeling like you felt things too deeply? Spoke too passionately? Had too high of standards? Protected your boundaries 'too much'? Loved too intimately? Cared to the point of detriment? Had a silly goofy side to you that can only be shown to a select few? You're not alone. ❤️‍🩹 There are so many women feeling like they can't fully express themselves. Can't fully embody the woman they know they were made to be. So we fit into the boxes others have created for us. Shrink ourselves. Play it small. I hope here in this safe space, you feel the safety to open up. Talk freely. Express yourself. Ask the hard questions. Lean on each other. ♡ This is a really beautiful community filled with inspiring and encouraging women. I'm proud of each and every one of you. And if you know someone that could use a community - please please invite them! It's a lonely world out here without a support system that can meet you to the depth that your soul craves. 🦋 (and and and ... I'd love to hear from you in the comments - have you felt this way?)

The majority of men that I’ve had relationships with have told me I’m too sensitive. My ex who I was with for five years told me I loved him too much. Can you imagine that is a problem? If only he had loved me too much is how I look at it. What a wonderful thing to have somebody that actually loves you unconditionally and is sensitive to emotions and the world around us and that makes me more in tune with my own thoughts and feelings. It used to bother me, but now I know my sensitivity is actually a strength!
