Webinar Replay is up!
Hi girls! Wednesday's replay on 'How to Create Your Reality with the Universal Law of Reflections'' is now ready to watch in - Classroom → Free Webinars & Q&As. What you'll learn: • How to recognise reflections in daily life by identifying triggers, recurring conflicts, and physical symptoms as meaningful signals rather than random events • How to interpret the intensity of reflections using a simple awareness scale that helps highlight where deeper energetic work may be needed • How to uncover the underlying judgement or belief behind a trigger and recognise where similar patterns may be directed inward toward yourself • How reflections can appear across different areas of life, including the body, relationships, parenting, and financial patterns, often pointing to a shared root imbalance • How to pause and bring awareness into challenging moments so that reactions become opportunities for insight rather than automatic responses • How reflections can act as guidance when you are moving away from your authentic path, highlighting areas where your soul is asking for greater alignment Thank you for those that showed up live.... those catching the replay, we hope you enjoy ✨ As you watch, notice a reflection in your life and drop a comment below about what you’ve observed 🤍 As always, let us know if you have any questions by emailing in at support@ourwholefamilyhealth.com

Definitely finances and business for me right now is my hardest obstacle. I feel like I’ve gotten a really good handle on my health, both physical and mental. My second vote would be feeling like part of a tribe/community/ friendships. Even though I have a group of amazing friends, we just don’t see each other that much or do anything so I feel like I’m alone a lot of the time.
Body symptom question!
So you know my past year going through breast cancer three surgeries, Low dose chemo, etc. etc. I’ve been dealing with numbness in my hands since about September. So post all treatments. It was really bad where I was waking me up at night. It went from being just numb to extremely painful where it would take me 30 to 45 minutes to get them back to normal and go back to sleep. I started physical therapy. We’ve been working on my neck and first rib, which Physical Therapist believes is where the issues are starting. She does not think it’s neuropathy from chemo since I only had low dose. Anyway, it is not going away. It is much better, but literally happens every single day my hands go numb mainly when I’m waking up in the morning and First getting started for my day Any insight on this one because it is the biggest annoyance my hands hurt in the morning I can’t grasp things and numbness throughout the day is just a pain in the butt! Sorry for the long post 😖

@Chelsea Z it is absolutely the most frustrating and yes at times very painful and uncomfortable. I will say it’s much better than it was, but it’s still every single day of my life. My hand going on throughout the day. Thank you so much for that information. I will definitely try to do that and that’s interesting because my life’s kind of crazy right now and not a lot of things are going my way. So Maggie and I talk about this topic often.

So it is in both hands, but primarily my right side. When it’s all started back in September, it was both of my hands and both were horrible. They’ve since improved and the left is hardly an issue. Yes, I think it’s just frustrating because after dealing with breast cancer last year there’s now other issues and still procedures, etc. just feels sometimes like it’s never ending. Thank you so much. I’m definitely working on all the areas I can. I have a business that has been feeling for three years and I’ve tried a little bit of everything to get it back to profitable and nothing seems to get me there. I’ll never give up, but it definitely is just a hard time right now
Tomorrow's Webinar reminder! 9am MST.
This week, we're focusing on the body and beginning with the very first step to understanding what a body symptom may be communicating. Tomorrow's webinar - The First Step to Healing A Body Symptom - will explore how to start working with the body rather than against it, and what truly needs to be in place before meaningful change can occur. Here is the link to join! By the end of this webinar you'll: (1) Understand what needs to be in place before deeper shifts can occur around a specific body symptom or recurring body pattern. (2) Learn how our energetic and physical bodies work together, influencing whether the body experiences stress, imbalance, or greater support and well-being. We hope to see you there! ✨

Totally agree. I love when you said that it shows our kids that it’s OK when they mess up or don’t do their best or make a mistake, etc. I have always been very open and honest with my kids and if I had a moment where maybe I snapped at them or yelled at them because my nervous system was fried….. I always go talk to them apologize and explain and make sure that they know it’s OK to screw up. We’re all going to screw up. But being able to recognize that and be accountable for that and work on doing better as the important part of that.
