So much of my childhood trauma was entrenched in incessant bullying from other girls at school (that's why cultivating and choosing safe, accepting, supportive female environments is SO high on my value list) and there are still women I experience this to this day! *so crazy* I am learning to stand up for myself in the face of "the bully" and not allow toxic people to take my power away. I am cultivating more of my time to experience music, chanting, creating art, and dancing.
