Hello H3R Collective Community, I’m Magaly Ramirez, an interior decorator and owner of an interior design studio. I specialize in window coverings and, for more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of serving designers and private clients. After joining MM—and having Brandi as one of the amazing coaches in LPA—I discovered the knowledge industry. That opened my eyes to how I could create something impactful using my experience and expertise, while also building a new business. I’m still part of the MBA program. I created The Window Wizardry Course for emerging interior designers, focusing on technical skills, business empowerment, and legacy building. This course eventually evolved into my new company, The Window Wizardry. Currently, I’m relaunching the course and writing a book about rediscovering myself as a woman and as a person after so many roles—mom, wife, businesswoman, daughter, and now a proud grandma—as well as my journey to spiritual awakening, which I had in my mind for years. This is a new chapter in my life, and I’m enjoying every step of the process. I’m naturally an introvert, and I’m embracing the big challenge of stepping out of my comfort zone to grow and connect more. I’m truly excited and looking forward to sharing ideas and connecting with this amazing H3R Collective community. Best, Magaly
