I mixed with 3ml bac water and never noticed any stinging, I also saw to use for 6weeks then take break different areas saying different break times, wanted to check if I’m mixing right and do I need to take a break after using for a while

When using for healing 5 days on and 2 days off can I continue this or do I need to take a break after so long

So I got my glow for healing and just want to make sure I’m doing correctly, I add 3ml bac water and take 17 units each morning five days on then 2off ? Does it also need to stay refrigerated? And best place to inject?
